Do I need to make a deposit to book?
No. Bookings hold for 15 minutes past your slot. We only take payment after your treatment.
Where exactly are you in Hosary?
30 Hosary Square, the building directly above Tom & Basal restaurant. Third floor — the elevator opens into our reception.
Is parking available?
Yes — the underground Hosary Square garage is one minute on foot. We validate the ticket for you.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, Apple Pay and InstaPay are all accepted.
Will I see the same doctor every visit?
Yes. Your booking page lets you pick Dr. Bassim or Dr. Seham, and we hold that doctor for your follow-ups.
Do you treat men?
Absolutely. Roughly 35% of our patients are men — Botox, hair PRP, jawline definition and skincare.
